Thoughtless child, you wasted everything we had
I put you in my forever plans and you tore them up

I used to see the passion and happiness in your eyes
Now I see right through you
I don’t want you to turn and walk away, but I won’t change who I am

You got a pet because you felt alone
Then I came along and thought you felt alive again
I guess you’re just existing and not living
I tried to bring you back to life but you flat lined again
